We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t turn out as expected, so we’ve done our best to create an exchange policy that works for you.
Promotion
Our returns and exchanges policy does not apply to sale items. Discounted items once purchased cannot be exchanged or returned. No refunds or exchanges apply to purchases made during the promotional period.
Shipped within Bangladesh
If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased, simply return them to our retail location within 30 days of purchase with your receipt or invoice for online orders and we will be happy to exchange the product for you. Please note that the value of the exchanged product must be equal to or greater than the price of the original product. When exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference in the purchase price must be paid.
Return
We do our best to make sure that the products you order online meet your expectations, but occasionally orders can get to you in a way you were not expecting. We will correct any such claim or dispute related to your purchase.
Customers are always first to us and that’s why we have created a standard return/exchange/refund policy. Please read the below points carefully
- Within 30 days of purchase, you can return or exchange the products
- The product should be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered
- Need the original tag and invoice while returning the product.
